The Process: Building Our Rapport

Initial "Tea and Biscuit Moment"
Once you contact me, I'll send my initial questionnaire along with details about Rapport Celebrancy. We'll arrange our first conversation within two weeks – I prefer calling these "conversations" rather than consultations. I'll bring the biscuits (dietary requirements considered!) if you provide the tea, and we'll explore your vision for your special day.

Collaborative Creation
Over up to two months, through regular video calls, emails, and in-person meetings, I'll build your ceremony script. Depending on your location and interests, I might incorporate special discussion sessions that could include natural cosmetics demonstrations, cocktail making, or hairdressing – making the planning process part of the celebration.

Vendor Coordination
I work closely with your chosen suppliers, offering suggestions where needed, to ensure everything flows seamlessly on your special day. Your ceremony should feel cohesive with every other element of your celebration.

The Perfect Day
I arrive an hour and a half early to connect with all your suppliers and ensure everything runs smoothly. My goal is that you feel completely supported and can focus entirely on celebrating your love.
